We’re going to present this recipe in detail because it is something anyone can try at home. Here are the ingredients required: four tablespoons of water, two tablespoons of ketchup, one tbsp. of soy sauce, 2 teaspoons of cornstarch, 1 tsp. of honey, half a teaspoon of crushed red pepper, a quarter tsp. of ground ginger, one tablespoon of vegetable oil, a quarter cup of sliced green onions, four cloves of garlic and twelve ounces of cooked shrimp with tails removed.

The preparation of this shrimp recipe is very simple, as you’ll see next: take a larger bowl and throw in the water, soy sauce, ketchup, honey, cornstarch, ground ginger and crushed red pepper and stir them well together. Set them aside for now, turn on the stove and, in a large skillet or a wok, if you own one, heat some oil. The heat should be medium, so when the oil is hot enough you can add the garlic and green onions. Leave them cooking for about 30 seconds, stirring them well. Now you can add the shrimp and add some more oil so everything is well covered in it. Next you can stir in the sauce you’ve made earlier and let it cook until it starts to bubble and it got thick and homogenous enough.
